Not only will you stop procrastinating, but dancing (and learning how to dance) results in many benefits including increased confidence, reduced stress, plain old fun, a different way to exercise, and it helps you become more courageous in all aspects of your life.
And once you stop procrastinating with one area of your life, you never know how it will affect the rest of your life!
